The Cameron Hospital Administration oversees the daily operations of the hospital. It is the goal and mission of the hospital to deliver exceptional service and the highest quality, safest care - every patient, every time.

Meet the Administrative Team


Connie McCahill, Chief Executive Officer & President

     Connie McCahill is the Chief Executive Officer and President, and has been employed with Cameron since 2012. Connie brings over 30 years of experience to this position. She received her undergraduate degree from Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and Indiana University (South Bend), and her graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. In addition to her responsibilities at Cameron, she is a member of the Steuben County YMCA Board of Directors and the Steuben County Economic Development Corporation (EDC).
     In her spare time, Connie enjoys spending her time with her husband, Paul, their three children and four grandchildren.



Doug Bomba, Senior Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer

     Doug Bomba is the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer and has been employed with Cameron since 2012. Doug received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his graduate degree from the University of Toledo. In addition to his responsibilities at Cameron, Doug serves on the Steuben County Community Foundation Board of Directors and their scholarship committee.
     In his spare time, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife, Rita, their six children, 13 grandchildren and spending some time out on the golf course.



Kris Keen, Chief Information Officer

               Kris Keen is the Chief Information Officer, and has been employed with Cameron since 2011. He brings over 16 years of experience to this position. Kris received his undergraduate degree from Middle George State University and his graduate degrees from Virginia Tech and University of Alabama Birmingham. In addition to his responsibilities at Cameron, Kris is a member of the Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM).
     In his spare time, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife, Brandy, and their four kids. Kris also volunteers as a little league baseball coach and loves spending time outside.



Sharon Springer, Chief Nursing Officer

     Sharon Springer is the Chief Nursing Officer, and has been employed with Cameron since 1989. In addition to her responsibilities at Cameron, she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives.
     Sharon was born at Cameron Hospital, and is glad to work in her hometown where she can work with excellent staff and serve her community.





Dar Crofoot, Executive Director of Quality, Risk Management and Customer Service

     Dar Crofoot is the Executive Director of Quality, Risk Management and Customer Service, and has been employed with Cameron since 1992. She brings over 30 years of experience to this position. In addition to her responsibilities at Cameron, she is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.






Laura Lutterbeck, Executive Director of Community Relations

     Laura Lutterbeck is the Executive Director of Community Relations, and has been employed with Cameron since 2009. Laura received her undergraduate degree from St. Mary's College. In addition to her responsibilities at Cameron, Laura is a member of the Society for Healthcare & Market Development, 101 Lakes Kiwanis Club of Angola, Key for Women and United Way of Steuben County.
     In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff and her four kids. Laura is also a Catechism teacher at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bronson, Michigan.


Lois Chauncey, Executive Director of Human Resources

     Lois Chauncey is the Executive Director of Human Resources, and has been employed with Cameron since 2016. She brings over 21 years of experience to this position. Lois received her undergraduate degree from Florida Southern College and her master's degree from Northeastern University. In addition to her responsibilities at Cameron, Lois is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management- Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
     In her spare time, Lois enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, her 3 children, granddaughter, Cameron, and their two dogs.



Kevin Jones, Cameron Hospital Foundation, Executive Director

Kevin Jones is the Executive Director for Cameron Hospital Foundation and has been employed with Cameron since 2013. He brings over 20 years of experience to this position. Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Ball State. In addition to his responsibilities at Cameron, he is a member of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, involved in several local fraternity organizations.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, Kasey, his two kids and their two dogs.
