Board Experience: Angola Women’s Business Forum (co-chair/moderator), Steuben County United Way, Carnegie Public Library, YMCA (board president)

Education: Indiana University

Ms. McHenry enjoys attending various community events, visiting with friends and reading to students in elementary school.

Ann Rice

Occupation: Retired; Former Assistant Superintendent, MSD of Steuben County

Board Experience: Franks School of Education Stakeholder Advisory Committee (Trine University), Carnegie Public Library Board of Trustees, Past Chair Steuben County Community Foundation Scholarship Committee.

Education: Ball State University & Indiana University

Ms. Rice has been involved with Steuben County education her entire career, specifically at MSD of Steuben County. She is a National Board Certified Teacher and is a part of the Indiana Association-Public School Superintendents.

Todd C. Rumsey, MD

Professional Organizations: Indiana State Medical Association, Fort Wayne Medical Society, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Society of Gynecologic Oncology

Dr. Rumsey serves as the President of the Steuben County Board of Health and actively volunteers at the Fairview Mission Church. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, cooking and woodworking.

Donna Elbrecht

Occupation: President/CEO – Easterseals Northern Indiana

Board Experience: Easterseals of Great Lakes Regional Affiliate Relations, Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (INARF), Easterseals Board of Directors, and the Indiana Rehabilitation Commission, appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb, among others.

Education: Bachelor of Arts from Valparaiso University and she is a Certified Six Sigma Champion.

Elbrecht is a native of northeast Indiana, growing up in Fort Wayne and spending her summers at Jimmerson Lake. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, fishing, and boating with her family on Lake James.

Dr. Lynn Faur

Dr. Lynn Faur is a board-certified physician who has been practicing for more than 20 years. Dr. Faur holds degrees from Franklin College, Tulane University and Indiana University. She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program.

She and her husband of almost 20 years, Jimmy, have two children.

Jeffrey Nickel, MD

Occupation: Emergency Room Physician at Professional Emergency Physicians, PC

Board Experience: Parkview Regional Medical Center

Education: University of Michigan 

Dr. Nickel is board certified and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Allen County Medical Society.

Michael Connell

Board Experience: St. Joseph School Board, Immaculate Conception Church (Finance Committee Chair), IUP Council of Trustees (Board Member), Cardinal IG Board of Directors.

Education: B.S, Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), Summa Cum Laude

Mr. Connell proudly serves as the Plant Manager at Cardinal IG in Fremont, Indiana.  When not spending time at Cardinal, Mike is likely pursuing his favorite past times: cooking, golfing, and watching football with his wife and children.  His volunteer work includes the YMCA Northeast Indiana, and the Ronald McDonald House. 

Scott Gruner

Occupation: President/CEO of First Federal Savings Bank of Angola

Board Experience: Currently serving on the Steuben Community Foundation Investment Committee. He previously served in the Angola Kiwanis Club, and Board of Directors for the Angola Kids League, Trine University Alumni Association, Steuben County United Way, YMCA of Steuben County, and Angola Area Chamber of Commerce.

Education: Trine University, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting, Indiana University-Fort Wayne, Master of Business Administration.

In his spare time, Gruner enjoys traveling, golfing, and attending sporting events with his wife and sons.
