Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, including Cameron Medical Group, Rural Health Clinics and its affiliates (hereafter referred to “CMCH”) follows applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, mental or physical disability, religion, sex (including sexual orientation, and gender identity), pregnancy related conditions, health status, diagnosis, political affiliation, immigration status, income source, marital status, and/or any other basis prohibited by law.
