Walk-In Clinic

If you want to see a specialist as soon as possible, Cameron’s Orthopedic walk-in clinic might be the right solution. The clinic, available from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, is designed for patients experiencing acute injuries including the following:

  • Swollen or painful joints after a fall
  • Possible fractures
  • Joint dislocations
  • Muscle or joint pain after sudden movements
  • Excessive bruising with pain in an arm, leg, wrist or ankle
  • Strains or sprains associated with sports activities
  • Knee and shoulder injuries

Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Michael Rosen is a licensed, board-certified orthopedic surgeon focusing on sports medicine and general orthopedic care. At Cameron, he works in collaboration with Fort Wayne Orthopedics. Dr. Rosen earned his medical degree at Michigan State University and completed advanced fellowship training in sports medicine at Andrews Research and Education Foundation in Gulf Breeze, Florida, where he specialized in arthroscopic and minimally invasive techniques with Dr. James Andrews, a world-renowned surgeon.



Dr. Matthew Sieloff, DPM, is a podiatrist with Cameron Orthopedics. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and his medical degree from Des Moines University. He performs general podiatry services, as well as wound care and foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Sieloff was drawn to a career in healthcare because he loves helping people recover and seeing them return to the activities they love. Outside of work, Dr. Sieloff enjoys volunteering at senior care facilities, playing hockey and golf, camping and spending time with his wife.


Board-Certified Sports Medicine Physician

Dr. Christopher J. Gasaway is a double board-certified family and sports medicine physician. Dr. Gasaway completed his medical degree from Kansas City University and received his family medicine residency through Reid Health and a sports medicine fellowship through Community Health Network in Indianapolis. Gasaway, a Fremont High School graduate, is excited to provide care in his hometown. Outside of seeing patients, Dr. Gasaway enjoys spending time with his wife and children, staying active and traveling.


Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

Taryn Kaiser, RN, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner focused on orthopedics. Before joining Cameron Medical Group, she served as a nurse practitioner at OrthoStat Walk-In Clinic at Fort Wayne Orthopedics. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Saint Francis and her Master of Science in nursing at the University of Saint Francis.
