Cameron Education and Innovation Center
Cameron is proud to expand their campus to include Cameron’s Education and Innovation Center. This new space will be an extension of Cameron Hospital’s campus that will provide access to critical health and education and training to ultimately meet the region’s growing healthcare needs.
The mission of the Education and Innovation Center is to create a hub of healthcare expertise that attracts students, retains professionals and increases knowledge in Steuben County and the surrounding areas. This will be accomplished through partnerships with Trine University, local schools, first responders and community members to create unique programming in high-demand healthcare professions, such as nursing.
Cameron’s investment in the Education and Innovation Center will attract talent, accelerate population and workforce growth in northeast Indiana, and improve the quality of life for those in our community.

Helping Fremont Community Schools
Cameron Hospital Foundation is taking the initiative to help Fremont Community Schools. Our goal is to help these schools respond to emergent medical situations by funding emergency medicine kits.
These medicine kits will be located in the elementary school, middle school, and high school. In conjunction with Cameron Retail Pharmacy, Fremont Schools, and Cameron Telehealth school nurse Sarah Foster, RN, the nursing staff will now be able to respond to unanticipated medical emergencies whenever necessary.
We are so proud to be able to help Fremont Community Schools with this initiative built to keep our kids safe and healthy.
Say Thank You to Your Provider
At Cameron, we appreciate our physicians for their tireless efforts and commitment to our health.
As we show our gratitude, consider giving a gift in honor of your doctor. Let them know how important their work is to you and help them continue to provide excellent care delivered with compassion. We invite you to share your story of the care you received while a patient at Cameron with a gift to the Cameron Foundation to honor your provider.
When you choose to honor your doctor, we take the time to share how important their efforts are to you and your family with a special ceremony. Each physician who has been honored will receive a certificate, and your story of gratitude, should you choose to provide one.
Grateful Patient Testimonies
“Dr. Tom Miller and his staff are the kindest group of medical individuals. They make you feel like going to the physician’s office is like going to a friend’s home. The atmosphere is the most welcoming and I attribute that to the quality of individuals employed with Dr. Miller.”
“I was so impressed at the time she (Dr. Lynn Faur) took to hear my concerns and then address issues. She also gave a thorough exam. She makes you feel like you’re her only patient.”

Who We Help
Meet Mollie, a Cameron Foundation Recipient.
Children aren’t meant to live quiet lives. That’s what life was like for Mollie, whose main hearing organ never fully developed, leaving her with only partial hearing. In 2019, the Cameron Auxiliary provided half of the $5,000 necessary for Mollie’s implants. The Cameron Foundation matched that amount, and together they gave Mollie the gift of hearing.
Her mother Emily explains the impact, “With Mollie’s hearing aids, provided by the Cameron Foundation, she is able to hear and comprehend much more than she previously could.”
Thanks to the Cameron Foundation’s generous community of donors, Mollie received life-changing hearing aids that turned up the volume on her entire life.
