Walk With A Doc

Commons Park, Angola, Indiana

Join Cameron in Walking Towards a Healthier Tomorrow

We encourage our patients and residents to participate in our local Walk With a Doc program. If you have any questions about the program, don’t hesitate to contact our team, or learn more on the Walk With a Doc website.

The Walk With a Doc program is designed for those looking to better themselves through a healthier lifestyle. In fact, science tells us that one hour of regular exercise can add two hours to your life! Walking is a simple, low contact, low intensity exercise that offers people a way to get out and enjoy the outdoors without wearing themselves out.

How to Sign Up for Walk With a Doc

Signing up to participate in the Walk With a Doc program is simple:

  1. Sign the waiver here before your first walk
  2. Have the chapter number on hand (Angola chapter number is 9392)
  3. Meet at Commons Park—299 S. John St, Angola, IN 46703—at the Angola Parks and Recreation Office

Walks will be taking place on the second Saturday of each month.

Who Can Participate in Walk With a Doc?

Anyone interested in participating in the program can join us for our monthly walks. Our groups are designed to be safe, fun, and completely FREE.
