Walk With a Doc Starts on September 10th, 2022
The Walk With a Doc program is designed for those looking to better themselves through a healthier lifestyle. In fact, science tells us that one hour of regular exercise can add two hours to your life! Walking is a simple, low contact, low intensity exercise that offers people a way to get out and enjoy the outdoors without wearing themselves out.

General Walk Information
Waiver and Sign-Up Sheet
Make sure to carefully read the waiver before signing the sign-up sheet. We suggest using the e-waiver, but you can also bring a hard copy with you to the walk. If you do bring a hard copy, make sure to add your chapter # at the bottom.
Make sure to bring a copy of the below flyer to your walks to help introduce new walkers to the program. This will help encourage them and create a stronger sense of community between participants.
Your membership to WWAD (Walk With a Doc) provides you with liability insurance that covers all walkers, leaders, and volunteers at your specific event.
