Todd C. Rumsey, MD, FACOG
Chief Medical Officer
Todd C. Rumsey, MD, FACOG, is an experienced, board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician. Prior to joining Cameron, Dr. Rumsey served as a private practice OB/GYN in northeast Indiana for over 20 years, earning a reputation for providing outstanding care. Dr. Rumsey completed his undergraduate degree at DePauw University and his graduate degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Actively involved with the Steuben County Board of Health, Dr. Rumsey is also Cameron’s Chief Medical Officer and a member of Cameron Hospital Board of Directors. In addition, he is a Fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Society of Gynecologic Oncology.
Stefani Johnston, MSN, FNP-BC
Stefani Johnston, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She came to Cameron from Women’s Health Advantage in Fort Wayne. Stefani received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 1999. She sees patients in Fort Wayne.
