About Cameron Family Medicine – North

Cameron Family Medicine has expanded its presence in the community by adding a new office on Intertech Drive. Led by Dr. Dean Mattox, the Family Medicine North location of Cameron Family Medicine will offer comprehensive patient care and compassionate health services to the Angola area and beyond.

Dr. Dean Mattox II, M.D.

Dr. Dean Mattox II, M.D.

Dean Mattox ll, MD, is an experienced, board-certified family medicine physician. Prior to joining Cameron Dr. Mattox operated a family medicine office in Angola for over 20 years, earning the reputation for providing outstanding care. Dr. Mattox received his undergraduate degree at Indiana University and his medical degree from American University Caribbean. He completed his residency training in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Mattox was the past president of the Steuben County Board of Health. When not seeing patients, you can find Dr. Mattox enjoying water sports, snow skiing, racquetball, boxing, golf, and traveling with his son Colton and daughter Teagan. Dr. Mattox currently sees patients at Cameron Family Medicine – North.

Audra Lehman, FNP-C

Audra Lehman, FNP-C

Audra Lehman, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner focused on family medicine. Audra has worked alongside Dr. Mattox since 2005 starting as an LPN, and then transitioned to an RN. After graduating with her Masters in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan in 2014, Audra began seeing patients as a nurse practitioner alongside Dr. Mattox. When Audra is not seeing patients, she enjoys traveling with her husband Scott, she is watching her children in various sports, as well as being active with her church. She is drawn to healthcare to honor the memory of her sister Laura, by helping others. Audra currently sees patients at Cameron Family Medicine – North.

Robin Moffitt, FNP-C

Robin Moffitt, RN, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner focused on family medicine. Robin has an associate degree in the applied science of nursing, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan, and received her master’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan. She has over 20 years of nursing experience in emergency care and post-anesthesia care, in addition to 12 years of experience serving as a family medicine specialist. When not caring for patients, you can find Robin spending time with her family, reading, and antiquing. Robin was drawn to healthcare after taking her first anatomy ad physiology class in high school. Robin currently sees patients at Cameron Family Medicine – North.


Jessica Baker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C

Jessica Baker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C

Jessica Baker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Jessica obtained STNA and LPN certificates from Owens Community College, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Excelsior, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Jessica has more than 13 years of experience working for healthcare organizations in the Angola and northeast Indiana community, and she is passionate about making a positive difference in patients’ lives by influencing their health and well-being. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
