Dr. Simon Crass, MD

Dr. Simon Crass, MD is a board-certified gastroenterologist with over 10 years of experience in a variety of GI treatments and conditions, and a focus in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Dr. Crass completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Loyola University Medical Center, and his residency in internal medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from The Ohio State University, and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toledo.

Dr. Nelson Moy, MD

Dr. Nelson Moy, MD is a board-certified gastroenterologist with over 13 years of experience in a variety of GI treatments and conditions, having specialized in upper GI and esophageal disorders. Dr. Moy completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Loyola University Medical Center, and his residency in internal medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He received his Bachelor in Systemic Biology from Northwestern University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, writing food reviews and spending time with his wife and two children.

Kelly Bireley, MSN, FNP-BC-C

Kelly Bireley, MSN, FNP-BC-C is an AANP and ANCC board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in gastroenterology. She has years of experience in a variety of health care disciplines, including over 13 years in GI – 11 as a nurse and two as an NP. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Purdue University Fort Wayne, and her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Saint Francis. Her passion for the care of her patients extends beyond treatment — she is also dedicated to promoting prevention and early detection education for her patients and community.
