Cameron Hospital offers a wide variety of surgical procedures. We have a team of physicians who routinely perform both inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures in one of our state-of-the-art operating rooms. Our skilled team of surgeons, physician assistants, surgical nurses, certified surgical technicians, radiology technicians and more work together with anesthesiologists from Midwest Anesthesia Associates to deliver safe and patient-centered surgical services.

Surgical Scheduling

Cameron Hospital makes scheduling your procedure as easy and convenient as possible. Your surgeon’s office works directly with our scheduling staff, who will then contact you with any individualized information and instructions prior to your procedure. Your responsibility is to work with your insurance company to pre-authorize your procedure. Your physician’s office staff are always willing to provide any help with pre-authorization or any other questions.

The Day of Your Surgery

When you arrive at the hospital, please report to the main customer service desk just inside the main entrance.
The customer service representatives will direct you to the proper locations for any check-in information that may need to be completed.
You will be given a pager at check-in.
Following check-in, you will be escorted back to the surgical department where staff will begin preparing you for surgery.

Cameron General Surgery offers a wide variety of surgical procedures, including treatment of the skin, breasts, abdomen and GI tract. Dr. Brandon and his skilled team are dedicated to delivering safe and patient-centered surgical care to help you recover as quickly as possible and return to your active lifestyle.

Anne Reitz, WHNPC, is an experienced nurse practitioner working in conjunction with Dr. Tom Miller

Dr. Todd D. Brandon, FACS

Dr. Todd D. Brandon, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon with over 20 years of experience in a variety of surgical treatments. Dr. Brandon completed his residency in general surgery at the Cleveland Clinic’s Fairview Hospital. He received his Bachelor of Arts in biology from DePauw University and his Doctor of Medicine from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of both the Midwest Surgical Association and Indiana Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Brandon and his wife enjoy spending time with friends and family here in the Angola community in the heart of beautiful lake country.

Brittany S. Knox, FNP-BC

Brittany S. Knox, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner focused on general surgery, with over 10 years of experience. She received her Associates and Master of Science in nursing from the University of Saint Francis. Prior to joining Cameron, Brittany served as a nurse practitioner at Parkview Physicians Group – General Surgery. She is local to Angola and looks forward to continuing to serve this community. Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and sons and traveling around the country for sports and family vacations.
