Cameron Hospital Leadership

The role of the Cameron Hospital Leadership is to oversee the daily operations of the hospital. But, their duties extend far beyond that. They work to ensure the safety, security, health, and well-being of all our patients and employees. They also strive to ensure that Cameron continues to grow to meet the needs of our community today and far into the future.

Meet Cameron’s Administration Team

Angie Logan, MSN, RN, PCCN

Chief Executive Officer

An experienced healthcare administrator and registered nurse, Angie Logan, MSN, RN, joined Cameron Memorial Community Hospital as vice president of nursing and chief nursing officer in 2019.

Prior to Cameron Hospital, Logan served as chief nursing officer for Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, where she was charged with oversight of more than 1,200 nurses in the 396-bed facility. During her time there, Logan led multiple quality and patient safety initiatives and participated in strategic planning, as well as assisted in the development of specialty service lines. Logan was also chief nursing officer for Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, helping the organization achieve the “top 100 hospital” designation for consecutive years. In addition, she assisted with planning, design and renovation of the hospital’s Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Logan earned undergraduate degrees from Purdue University Fort Wayne and Western Governors University in Salt Lake City. She also completed a Master of Science in leadership and management from Western Governors University. She and her husband of almost 20 years, Jimmy, have two children – Brooke and Graydon. In their spare time, the Logan family loves spending time outdoors, camping and sporting events.

Andy Aldred

Andy Aldred, PharmD, MBA

Chief Operating Officer

Andy has been employed with Cameron since 2008. He brings over 15 years of experience to this position. Andy received an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University School of Pharmacy. Originally drawn to healthcare for the opportunity to help people, Andy loves the family atmosphere at Cameron. He is excited to help bring a full-service pharmacy to the hospital. 

Andy is all about family. He and his wife and two children love to spend time together boating. Andy also donates his time to coaching youth sports.

Scott Hirschy

Scott Hirschy

Chief Information Officer

Scott has been with Cameron Hospital for 14 years, starting as an OR nurse. Scott continued to be promoted, first to clinical nursing leadership, then director of inpatient services and director of IT. His education includes undergraduate studies at the University of Indianapolis and a nursing degree from Purdue University. Scott remembers always wanting to work in healthcare and says he was drawn to leadership positions to help bring about overall improvement. He loves the close-knit family atmosphere of the hospital where everyone looks out for one another.

Scott’s wife, Gina is an RN at Cameron. Together they have two high-school-aged children. When not at the hospital, Scott enjoys outdoor activities and sports. He also serves as a board member for the Junior Achievement of Steuben County.

Todd C. Rumsey, MD, FACOG

Chief Medical Officer

Todd C. Rumsey, MD, FACOG, is an experienced, board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician. Prior to joining Cameron, Dr. Rumsey served as a private practice OB/GYN in northeast Indiana for over 20 years, earning a reputation for providing outstanding care. Dr. Rumsey completed his undergraduate degree at DePauw University and his graduate degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Actively involved with the Steuben County Board of Health, Dr. Rumsey is also Cameron’s Chief Medical Officer and a member of Cameron Hospital Board of Directors. In addition, he is a Fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Society of Gynecologic Oncology.

Dr. Rumsey and his wife, Barbara, have been married for 28 years. Together they have three children, Peter, Annie and Mary. He is involved with the Foellinger Foundation and RISE, Inc. He is also a Fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Julie McCormick, MBA, BSB, RN

Chief Nursing Officer

As Cameron’s chief nursing officer, Julie McCormick, MBA, BSB, RN, brings to her role nearly two decades of healthcare experience in northeast Indiana. Julie began her career as an acute care nurse in Fort Wayne before moving into various leadership roles in business development, population health and clinical integration. She most recently served as vice president of primary care operations at Parkview Physician Group in Fort Wayne. After experiencing first-hand the comfort and support healthcare workers provide, Julie knew from an early age that she wanted to become a nurse and make a difference in patients’ lives. Outside of work Julie enjoys traveling and staying active with her husband and three children.

Rachel Faulkner

Rachel Faulkner, MBA, BSB, RN

Chief Quality Officer

Rachel Faulkner, MBA, BSB, RN, serves as chief quality officer for Cameron and brings over 18 years of healthcare experience. Rachel earned her MBA and bachelor’s degree in public policy and economics from Indiana University Fort Wayne. Before coming to Cameron, Rachel served in various healthcare quality leadership roles in Fort Wayne and Macon, Ga. Rachel’s passion for healthcare was ignited at a young age through encouragement from family members and local mentors. When she is not at the hospital, Rachel can be found hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with her husband, three children and two dogs.

Rachel Faulkner

Eric Clabaugh

VP of Strategic Growth

Eric Clabaugh, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Strategic Growth for Cameron. With more than a decade of healthcare experience, Clabaugh joined Cameron in August of 2022. Prior to Cameron, he served in a variety of roles at Parkview Health including marketing and communications, hospital administrative operations and physician practice administrative operations. He brings to Cameron a strong passion for servant leadership, focused on how he can support others in delivering on the organization’s mission to improve the quality of life for those it serves. Eric earned his undergraduate degree and his MBA from the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne. He enjoys volunteering and supporting local non-profits, including previously serving on the Marketing Committee of Habitat for Humanity and as Secretary and Vice President of The Literacy Alliance, Fort Wayne.

Eric and his better half, Michelle, have three children, Malia, Caroline, and Patrick. When they have a free moment from dance, theater or sports, Team Clabaugh enjoys taking a road trip in an RV or relaxing near a body of water.

Rachel Faulkner

Sarah Hagen, MBA, MSN, RN, CPHQ

Executive Director of Cameron Medical Group

Sarah Hagen, MBA, MSN, RN, CPHQ serves as Executive Director of Cameron Medical Group. Her passion for medicine started in her high school years when her grandfather was in and out of the hospital on multiple occasions. Looking back, the care he received made a significant impact during his hospital stays and moved Sarah’s desire to make a difference for others. She received her registered nursing degree from Kellogg Community College, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan-Flint, and Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is CPHQ certified. Although a registered nurse for over 20 years, Sarah’s spent the last 14 years under Quality Improvement and Risk Management.

At Cameron, Sarah loves the compassionate community and enjoys a close-knit environment where she can feel truly valued. With her welcoming nature, Sarah wants each patient to feel like a longtime friend. Sarah is married with three children, one daughter-in-law and a soon-to-be son-in-law. She spends her free time out in the country, going for walks or sitting on her porch simply enjoying the company of others.

Krista Miller

Krista Miller

Executive Fund Development Director, Cameron Hospital Foundation

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Krista joined the Cameron Hospital Foundation in 2019 after serving as CEO of the YMCA of Steuben County. She was drawn to Cameron because of its mission centered on health and wellness and is focused on helping the hospital achieve its goal through fundraising. She enjoys the welcoming nature of Cameron and the close-knit communal aspect of the Cameron team.

Away from work, Krista and her family, husband John and sons Nicholas and Tyler, enjoy baseball games, snow skiing and lake activities. A passionate supporter of our community, Krista serves on several area boards and volunteers for Junior Achievement of Steuben County.

Krista Miller

Heather Connelly, RN, BSN

Executive Director of Cameron Cardiology and Medical-Surgical Services

Heather Connelly, RN, BSN, is the director of Cameron Cardiology and Medical-Surgical Services. With over 20 years of cardiac experience, Heather brings vital knowledge to Cameron Cardiology. Heather has leadership experience in ambulatory, procedural and diagnostic service with an emphasis in electrophysiology, atrial fibrillation, and cardiac rhythm management. Heather was drawn to medicine at an early age. In college, she gravitated towards anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. She felt like nursing was always the right fit for her. When out of the office, Heather can be found enjoying outdoor activities with her husband, two kids, and their German Shepard. Her favorite thing about Cameron is the culture, everyone is warm and caring, and everyone is genuinely happy to be here and shows in their work.

Zachary Beiswanger

Zachary Beiswanger, DPT

Executive Director of Patient Experience and Transitional Care

With over 11 years of clinical experience, Zach brings vital knowledge to Cameron’s TCU program. Zach is grateful for the opportunity to serve the needs of others while working in a team – it is what drew him to medicine. When not in the office, you can find Zach exercising or enjoying the outdoors with his wife, son and daughter, and the family pets. His favorite thing about Cameron is the people – the staff at Cameron are exceedingly nice, welcoming, and always looking for opportunities to provide our patients with the best care possible.
