Anticoagulation medications, such as Warfarin (Coumadin®), Enoxaparin (Lovenox®) and other “blood thinners,” are commonly prescribed to help prevent serious blood clot conditions and treat heart disease. While providing effective treatment, these medications can be dangerous if not closely monitored. Many patients are referred to an anticoagulation clinic for effective management and comprehensive monitoring of these medications.
Cameron’s Anticoagulation Clinic is designed to safely and comfortably ensure you receive the best care while taking this type of medication.
